How we clean your carpets
We come to you. We check the fabric and test for colourfastness, pre-treat, then clean with hot water extraction and groom the pile.
Carpets are usually dry in 4 to 6 hours. It can take longer on cold or damp days, or for thick wool. We give you a time before we leave. Keep air moving with a window open, and the heating on if it’s cold.
The products we use are safe for pets and children. We still ask you to keep everyone off the room until it’s dry.
What’s included
The price is fixed per room, shown before you book. It covers the fabric check and colourfastness test, pre-treatment, hot water extraction and grooming. There’s no call-out charge for a normal visit and no VAT to add.
Please clear the room as much as you can before we arrive, including moving furniture. We’re happy to help if you need a hand. Normal wear and tear and pre-existing damage can’t be cleaned out. See our terms for what isn’t covered.
