Cleaned at your home
We always clean your rug at your home. We check the fabric and test for colourfastness, pre-treat, then clean with hot water extraction and groom the pile.
The products we use are safe for pets and children. We still ask you to keep everyone off the rug until it’s dry. We give you a drying time before we leave.
Wool, silk, antique or fringed rugs
Wool, silk, antique and heavily fringed rugs carry a real risk of shrinkage or colour bleed from wet cleaning. If you have one, book as normal. We’ll get in touch after you book to talk it through, and we may recommend against cleaning it rather than risk damage. See our terms for what isn’t covered.
Not on the list, or not sure?
Send us a couple of photos on WhatsApp for a Quick Quote, or by text to 07873 212249 if you don’t have WhatsApp. We’ll come back with a firm price the same day.
Paying and our guarantee
You pay when the work is done, by cash or bank transfer. If you’re not happy, tell us within 7 days and we’ll come back and re-clean the affected area free. Full details are in section 6 of our terms.
