Privacy & Cookies

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This notice explains what personal information EasyClean Somerset collects, why, who it’s shared with, how long it’s kept, and your rights. It also explains the cookies this website uses.

1. Who we are

EasyClean Somerset is Niall Maher, a sole trader, of 33 Ivy Walk, Midsomer Norton, BA3 2EE. We’re responsible (the “controller”) for the personal information described here. Contact: easycleansomerset@gmail.com or WhatsApp 07873 212249.

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We use a small number of services to run the business, which handle it on our behalf:

For landlord and letting agent bookings, we share job details with the agency that booked, and may contact the tenant or site contact they gave us. We’d also share information if the law required it. Some of these services may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (unless we have to keep it, for example for tax), object to how we use it, or withdraw any consent you’ve given. Just email or WhatsApp us using the details in section 1. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, see section 7 for how to complain.

7. How to complain about how we use your data

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal information, email easycleansomerset@gmail.com and tell us what’s wrong.

We’ll confirm we’ve received your complaint within 30 days. We’ll then look into it and reply without undue delay, saying what we found and what we’ll do.

If you’re still not happy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Cookies

This site sets no cookies unless you choose to allow them. When you first visit, we ask whether you’re happy for us to use:

Your choice is saved in your browser (not in a cookie) so we don’t ask on every page, and we ask again after 12 months. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; saying no after saying yes removes the analytics cookies.

9. Changes to this notice

We’ll update this notice if what we collect or how we use it changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
