Carpet cleaning in Midsomer Norton and Radstock

About Midsomer Norton and Radstock

Both towns grew on the Somerset coalfield. The last deep mine closed in 1973. Radstock is described as one of the best-preserved former coal-mining towns in England, which is why its centre is a conservation area.

Westfield, between the two towns, has lots of miners’ cottages and is linked to Midsomer Norton town centre by an old pit path. Haydon, on the edge of Radstock, was built to house miners for the local pit.

Midsomer Norton has a brewing history as well as mining. Its stone terraced cottages sit alongside newer housing. Whatever the age of the home, our prices go by room size and item, and you see the total before you book.
