About Wells
Wells is Somerset’s smallest city, with a historic conservation-area centre. Most of the new housing is on the western edge: the 119-home Priory Fields estate off Wookey Hole Road and the 220-home Rose Banks development on the A371 Portway, with more approved since.
So Wells splits into period homes in the centre and newer estates on the west side. Whichever you live in, the price is fixed by room or item and shown before you book.
